At Padhvi, we take great pride in our handcrafted and handprinted wear. Each piece is created with care, and we hope you love your order. However, if you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You can return most non-customized items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as the item is:

• Unused
• In its original packaging
• In good condition

❗️Please note: Due to the artisanal nature of our products, customized, made-to-order, or altered items are non-refundable.

To make the return process easy, a pre-paid shipping label is included in your order.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Exchanges & Store Credit

Prefer something else? You can also opt for an exchange or request a store credit instead of a refund.
